Taking Flight Aerial Solutions LLC provides professional ground and aerial photography, videography, and mapping services for real estate professionals, property owners, and land developers throughout Central Florida.
My standard real estate and property package includes 52 ground and aerial photographs, captured from multiple perspectives to provide complete coverage of the property and surrounding area. I also include unedited aerial and/or ground video footage of the property and its surroundings, giving clients clean original footage they can use for their own marketing and editing.
Services include residential and commercial real estate imaging, vacant lot photography and videography, aerial property views, land mapping, property boundary overlays when requested, surrounding-area documentation, and marketing imagery.
For vacant land, I can provide aerial mapping and multiple elevations and angles to clearly document the property, access, nearby roads, surrounding development, and overall location.
My current equipment includes a DJI Matrice 4T (M4T), DJI Air 3, Insta360 X5, and Nikon D60, allowing me to provide aerial imagery, traditional ground photography, 360° content, mapping, and specialized imaging based on the needs of each property.
