CAN YOU INSPECT MY ROOF OR GUTTERS?
Yes. I offer a visual roof and gutter check for $95. You receive clear aerial images of every slope, ridge, valley, and penetration so you can see the condition without climbing a ladder. This is a visual documentation service, not a licensed structural inspection.
DO YOU DOCUMENT CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS?
I do. Regular aerial progress photos and video keep owners, lenders, and project teams aligned. I can schedule recurring visits and deliver consistent angles so each phase is easy to compare.
ARE YOU INSURED AND FAA COMPLIANT?
Yes. I am an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot and carry $1M liability insurance. Every flight follows FAA regulations, including airspace authorizations when required. Proof of insurance is available on request.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
Safety comes first. If wind, rain, or low visibility makes flying unsafe, I will reach out and reschedule at no charge. I monitor conditions closely and usually know the day before whether I need to move things.
WHAT IF MY PROJECT IS NOT LISTED?
