About Drone Operator

IronPin Aerial covers Central Florida from Apopka, working with builders, developers, property managers, and resort marketing teams.

Regular work includes construction progress documentation on a set schedule, photogrammetry and orthomosaics for site mapping and area takeoffs, and commercial and residential property capture. I fly a Matrice 4E for mapping and inspection work and an Air 3S for lighter media shoots.

Sites I document on a schedule get the same flight path every visit, so month-over-month imagery lines up and stays comparable rather than being a fresh set of angles each time.

Before drones, I spent 15-plus years running resorts and vacation ownership properties, most recently as Area General Manager over an eight-property portfolio. For hotel and resort clients, that means I've sat on the other side of this — I know which views sell a property and what a marketing team actually needs delivered.
