This package is designed to give you a complete visual overview of your property, including its surroundings, through multiple angles and altitudes. Each project is tailored to the client's needs, but clients can also choose from our pre-set shot list:

Drone Videos

• Ground-Level Videos (6-foot elevation): 360-degree rotation from the front, center, and back of the property.
• Entry to Property: Fly into the property from the access road.
• Low Elevation Videos (20-30 feet or above tree line): 360-degree rotation from property center; tour of the property starting from the entry point.
• Loop Around the Property: Fly around the property while keeping it in view, capturing the full expanse.
• High Elevation Videos (200-300 feet): 360-degree rotation from property center; two loops around the property, one close and one far, keeping the entire property in frame.
• Feature Highlights: Videos of any notable features or highlights on the property.

Drone Photos

While some clients prefer to capture still images from video footage, we also offer dedicated drone photography upon request. Be sure to mention if you'd like specific high-resolution images of your property.

Each job is assessed individually, and additional features or specific requirements can be incorporated into a custom package to meet your unique needs.

***Important Note

We will only enter properties with consent from the landowner. We will require name and phone number so we can contact them ourselves. If we are unable to obtain consent from the owner, we will be unable to take photos inside the property, but can take pictures from the access road, etc.

• Picture(s) of access road adjacent to and/or in the property
• Picture(s) of utilities observed at the property, if applicable
• Picture(s) of any structures on the property, if applicable
• Pictures of interior of property showing general vegetation
• Pictures of any scenic highlights - views of mountains, bodies of water, etc - viewable from within the property

I will only enter a property if we have owner permission to physically be on the property. If no approval is communicated before our visit, I will not enter the property.

Jobs will incur a fee of $25/hour of drive time to/from location.
Prices below do not include video editing - fee for editing will be determined based on quantity of images collected.
