Description
The package includes about 80 high-resolution ground level and aerial photos of all angles of the exterior of your property, including all roof angles, “bird’s eye” shots of the roof, roof details such as chimneys and vents, shots of any decks, AC units, porches and any outbuildings (includes aerial roof shots).
Note that obstacles such as trees, landscaping, fences or vehicles may limit the scope of some of the shots. We’ll do our best to capture all angles and details of your property.

- How does it work?
Once we've scheduled the shoot, weather permitting , we'll come to your property within the time window to capture the images (weather limitations include windy, rainy and/or cold conditions).
The process takes about an hour and a half. You do not need to be on site at the time of the shoot but please make sure family members, tenants and neighbors are aware that we will be there. Please make sure any pets are indoors. Please also let us know about any potential access limitations, such as a locked gate or other issues.
