We are a residential roofing company and have been operating drones to provide proposals to our customers for 6 years and have been in business for over 25 years. 
We have immediate opportunities for independent contractors to fly their drone to photograph roofs of our customers at scheduled appointments in the Orange County, Inland Empire and Los Angeles Counties.  
Pilots are paid for each project completed as well as some travel fees. Below is a sample of some of the requirements for the candidates. 
• Current FAA Part 107 certification
• Minimum of 20 documented flight hours with logbook verification
• Personally owned, registered, and Remote ID-compliant drone
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to check airspace and obtain required authorization for controlled airspace using tools such as Aloft Air Control or Air Aware
• Basic customer-service and professional communication skills
• Preflight hazard identification, including trees, power lines, vehicles, people, and other obstacles
• Establishing a safe takeoff and landing area
• Approximately 15 minutes of flight time for a typical 2,500 sq. ft. residential property
• Uploading all captured imagery to the company’s proprietary website for processing
