About Drone Operator

My passion for flight and imagery began long before drones existed—back when I was a kid building paper airplanes, refining tiny folds, ailerons, and weight balance to squeeze out just a few more seconds of glide. Those early experiments taught me the fundamentals that still guide my work today: aerodynamics, precision, patience, and the belief that small details make a big difference.

Alongside aviation, I grew up with a lifelong love of professional photography and video editing. I spent countless hours experimenting with framing, light, motion, and storytelling—skills that naturally evolved as drone technology unlocked new creative and technical frontiers.

Professionally, I built a career as a software engineer and Silicon Valley engineering leader, solving complex technical problems, designing high-reliability systems, and leading global teams. That background sharpened the analytical mindset, process discipline, and engineering precision that clients now rely on for high-quality drone deliverables.

Today, I bring all of that together through AeroForge Drone Services—where aviation expertise, engineering rigor, and artistic vision converge.

I’m a Commercial Pilot, Certified Flight Instructor (CFI), and FAA Part 107 certified remote pilot, giving me a deep understanding of airspace, safety, weather, aircraft performance, and risk management. Whether the mission is aerial photography, cinematic video, inspections, mapping, or specialized data collection, I approach every flight with the same commitment to safety, accuracy, and craftsmanship.
