When I'm hired to fly my drone as a professional photographer and FAA certified drone pilot, I work hard to get the best shots possible for my clients. The rules of good photography apply to drone photos and video just like they do for a DSLR. I understand the importance of good composition and lighting. Unless specically requested to deliver raw images, I never give my clients photos or videos as they come straight out of the camera. Whether I'm creating a fine art print or an image for a commercial client, all files are post processed to correct color balance; increase dynamic range to pull details from the shadows and highlights; and edited to improve vibrance, saturation and contrast.
